What's the difference between Single Drop and Double Drop?
Single Drop ($200) is one machine — your choice of our mini or regular claw machine. Double Drop ($350) gets you BOTH machines, so two guests can play at once and there's never a line.
How long is the rental?
Every rental is a 2-hour block with unlimited play. Need more time? Additional hours are available as an add-on — just let us know when you book.
Are prizes included?
Yes — every rental comes with our standard prize fill at no extra cost. Want premium, custom, or themed prizes? Those are available as an add-on.
Can I add an operator, canopy, or trade-up prizes?
Absolutely — that's our Pop-Up add-on. It turns a basic machine rental into a fully serviced pop-up event with an on-site operator, a canopy & table for indoor or outdoor setups, and our trade-up prize system (win small, trade up for bigger prizes). Add it to any Single or Double Drop when you book.
Do the machines really have unlimited play?
They do. We set the machines to free play — no coins, no cards. Your guests just walk up, pull, and win for the entire rental.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within 30 miles of our base. Past that, it's just +$1 per mile each way — we'll give you an exact quote when you book.
What kind of events are these rentals for?
Parties, weddings, corporate events — you name it. The machines are a hit with all ages and make a great centerpiece for just about any celebration.
How much space do I need?
Not much — each machine has a small footprint and just needs a flat surface and a standard power outlet nearby. We'll confirm the details when we reach out.
Can the mini machine be placed anywhere at my event?
Yes — the mini claw machine is fully self-contained, so it can go wherever works best for your layout, whether that's indoors, outdoors, or off to the side near another activity.
